Delivery time is not guaranteed for standard shipping. If you need the item by a specific date, please select expedited shipping. Expedited shipping option is available at checkout for most items, and if selected, delivery is 3-5 working days after handling. International deliveries are not available at this time. We currently do not offer shipping to Alaska or Hawaii addresses.
Sometimes unforeseen weather conditions, peak season can cause package delays by the USPS, UPS or FEDEX. Please note that USPS Priority shipping option does not equate to ?express? shipping. It means that once your package is received by USPS, it will have a faster shipping time of 1-3 days domestically. If you need the product to arrive by a certain date. To upgrade your shipping to a guaranteed delivery date USPS Express service for an additional fee, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the package is returned to us because it is marked ?undeliverable as addressed? or ?wrong address? by USPS, we will attempt one re-delivery to you at a different address. If you need to have the products redelivered as soon as possible, we advise you to contact us, place another order right away, and wait for the original package to be received and refunded.
