(Don’t know why is that.  Please do NOT buy, if you don’t like that.)
In excellent shape.  The device itself looks almost like new.

Works fine.  3-minute auto shut-off timer also works.
With a plastic lens cap.
Please note some light are not visible to human eyes. (Please read manuals.)
Paper manual shows some minor wears.
Please don’t look at the lights directly.
